ABOUT THE SHISEIDO+ DIGITAL ACADEMY
An ancillary unit of the Digital Transformation Office, the SHISEIDO+ Digital Academy’s primary mission is to upskill and nurture a digital-first mindset throughout Shiseido so as to accelerate the company’s Digital Transformation journey. Launched in 2016, SHISEIDO+ Digital Academy aims to equip our talent with the skills needed to face the challenges and opportunities heads-on in a world where digital is pervasive and changes are persistent.
In addition, the SHISEIDO+ Digital Academy also functions as the Think Tank of the DTO, providing research, knowledge and strategic insights on all things digital. From time to time, the SHISEIDO+ Digital Academy publishes white papers on topics trending to keep our leadership abreast of key digital developments. It also organizes custom seminar, workshops and events for summits for Shiseido business units globally.
ABOUT THE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICE
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) was formed in 2016 to lead the Digital Transformation journey of the Shiseido Group, with the vision of enabling Shiseido to be the most digitally fit beauty company, and lead in consumer intimacy, acquisition and advocacy.
